About

As long as I can remember I have always been into some form of creative art. My first passion was, and still is, music. From listening to many styles, going to live concerts, to even being a musician and playing in a few bands myself, music has always been a driving force in my life. A big part of what's always attracted me to music is the visual side. I always found myself looking at the artwork of album covers or the inserts with photos of the musicians for hours. I would buy the music magazines just so I could tear out the pictures and hang them on my bedroom walls along with all the posters. That passion and curiosity is still there after all these years and is a part of what inspires me to create.

Another interest that has a big influence on me is classic television and cinema. I am a fan of classic sci fi and horror movies, along with the television shows of the 50’s. I have always loved that retro and vintage style of the mid century. From the classic cars, fashion, music and different cultural lifestyles, something about it is intriguing to me.

A few years ago a friend approached me to help out with his business by putting a camera in my hands to take product photos of vintage clothing. It sparked something creative in my mind. I started to develop my skills with the camera and understanding more about lighting. This has encouraged me to see where else I can take this passion to create and learn. My focus now is to explore other forms of photography and build on my experiences and technique.

Currently I live with my amazing and supportive family in the beautiful town of Broomfield, Colorado. Just a short distance from the ever growing city of Denver, we are often surrounded by inspiration. The mountains are a close drive and we regularly find ourselves retreating to the many wonders that nature has to offer. We enjoy exploring our wonderful state and being exposed to different cultures and walks of life.
